Teacher: Rhiannon Hill

  Body Conditioning class is a fun, casual fitness class where we will work on toning our bodies and improving our muscles. We'll do a bit of fast pace cardio and lots of different exercises and techniques to tone different parts of the body. We'll also practice posture exercises and have a good stretch. Expect to see good results pretty quickly.

Rhiannon is a second year music student and has been dancing since the age of six. She still enjoys competing and taking classes in ballet, modern, contemporary and tap. Teaching Body Con will be a new venture for her but she is looking forward to getting you all into killer shape in this coming year.
